Update: I’ve since been back to get a pedicure and boy was it this best one I’ve ever had! Tech was thorough and gentle. Im so happy that I’ve finally found a new home for my spa days.

My mother and I came in and got matching gel pedicures while I was in town for Mother’s Day. The next day an entire gel nail popped off. I know this is not normal for gel so we went back in and had them redo the missing one and hoped it wouldn’t be an issue with the rest of them, since I was leaving Vegas that day. Either the tech did not use acetone before applying the gel or used entirely too much cuticle oil afterwards without rubbing it in, because only a week later 3.5/10 toenails have completely lifted off again. This is really unacceptable for a $45 service that should last at least 3 or 4 weeks. My mom didn’t have this issue with her matching set so the tech definitely did something wrong here and I wouldn’t recommend coming to this salon.

Let’s just face it, nail techs are not what they used to be. Overall my nails were Ok. But.. when I went in, my natural nails were as long as my tips. Tim used a tool under my nails claiming that he was cleaning my nails. NOOOOOOO!!!!! As you can see, I have no free edge on my nails, it’s all top now. It was my desire to remove the tips this week and just do an overlay. That will not happen. My toes were ok but no one could design them for me. The pedicure was heavenly though. I give them a 3 because they do not listen. If I’m paying for a service I’d like to get what I want not what you want to give me. I always seem to leave here in tears because I feel like they do not listen to me and end up messing up. Needless to say, me and my crew will not be returning. FYI don’t believe them when they say they are just cleaning under your nails, it’s all lies and you won’t even be able to notice it until they are painted. I’m disappointed ! Oh and my nails are only 4 days old

I’m so happy to have found 360 Nails! I just moved here and needed a new nail place. I’ve had acrylic nails for over a year and wanted to give my nails a break, they were pretty torn up and thin. Thue Le started by gently removing my old tips and carefully treating my nails and cuticles. She had to take another client so she turned me over to Vinh. He asked me a lot of questions about my work and goals for my nail health and made suggestions for getting my nails strong enough to have new tips in a couple months. I’ve never felt such personalized service from a nail tech before. They even have a 10 day guarantee and a loyalty rewards program. This is my new shop. I’m so happy and grateful.

Kristine, did my pedicure and Liz did my acrylic nails both with gel nail polish. They both did a fantastic job. After going to the nail bar for years this place is by far the Place I can call my home for now on. The people here are very polite and friendly and they attend to your needs and desires. Terrible experience. The first girl that started my pedi was so distracted with everything and everyone. She was looking every which way but at my feet. In the middle of my pedi she went outside, she was always looking out the window, employees and even a customer kept interrupting her. She even had the audacity to start texting during my service. Completely unacceptable! I noticed a couple of the workers with earbuds in and having conversations via their phones while performing services. Incredibly unprofessional. Lastly, their basic pedi is the first basic pedi that I’ve ever gotten that did NOT include an exfoliator. So it basically was a polish and an application of a horrible musk smelling lotion.
