60ml Tia Maria Matcha Cream Liqueur
30ml vodka
Matcha sugar, to rim the glass (optional)

To make the matcha sugar: mix 3tsp of sugar and 1tsp of matcha powder on a plate. If using, wet the rim of the glass, then gently dip in the matcha mixture.

Add the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a coupe or martini glass previously rimmed with matcha sugar.

45ml Tia Maria Matcha Cream Liqueur

Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a glass or tea cup over ice and garnish with an edible flower
